You may use the attached withdrawal form, which is available on our website www.reinigen-pflegen.de/Widerrufsformular and submit us then. Take advantage of this opportunity, we will provide you with immediately (eg e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such withdrawal. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
2. Rescission-consequences
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are to be returned. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different method of delivery than that offered by us, cheapest standard delivery have), and repay immediately at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this agreement with us. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed something different; in any case, you will be charged fees for such repayment. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value is due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods dealing with you.
3. § 312d Right of rescission and right of return in respect of distance contracts

2.The supply of audio or video recordings or software if the 3delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer,
3. the supply of newspapers and magazines, unless the consumer has given his contract by phone,
4.for gaming and lottery services, unless the consumer has given his contract by phone,
5. concluded in the form of auctions (§ 156)
6.the supply of goods or the provision of financial services have as their object, their price have fluctuations on the financial market, which the industrial customer don´t have influence and which is occur during the rescissions period, in particular services related to shares, share certificates, by an investment company or a foreign investment company are issued, and other negotiable instruments, foreign exchange, derivatives and money market instruments, or
7. to provide telecommunications-based services aimed at the request of the consumer be provided directly by phone or fax in one go, unless it don´t deals with financial services.
(5) The right of rescission does not also apply to distance contracts where the consumer is already due on the basis of § § 495, 506-512 right of rescission or returns under § 355 or § 356. At contracts of installments delivery, count passage 2 and §312e passage 1.
