Payment Methods:

Please note that we compile the order with the payment method - prepayment only - after receiving the payment on our bank account. Hereafter we sent it to you.

The amount of shipping costs does not arise arbitrarily. The shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions of the package and the weight. The resulting volume weight may differ from the actual weight. Articles, which should not be sent folded or "bent", can result in such a way in relation higher shipping costs.   



Shipping Times & Shipping Conditions:

Delivery times are approximately 2-4 business days, depending on the recipient's location and time of year. Please note, however, that there may be delays due to holidays, processing and delivery times, as well as unforeseeable delays on the part of the transport companies.

Cardboard boxes and packaging materials are recycled, thus reused. If you explicitly do not want this, we will be glad to use a new cardboard box - please just give us a written notice when completing the order - thank you. 

Especially when purchasing items from the aviation sector, we ask you to note that the goods, depending on the purchase quantity, may have to be delivered via a shipping company.
